Employment Benefits

Lighthouse Insurance Group and Lighthouse Title, Inc. have a variety of benefits available to their employees.

Employees may enroll in the benefits program at the time their employment begins or during the annual open enrollment period. There are other circumstances that may arise when an employee may enroll in the benefits program any time during the course of the year.

Many benefits are paid entirely by the company. Others are voluntary and may require that the employee pay the entire cost of the benefit or share in the cost of the benefit.
